I love me some MST3K, but "Gamera VS. Guiron" is NOT PD! "Attack of the Monsters," which was dubbed by a different company than the Sandy Frank version, IS PD. If you watch both versions one after another, the differences are obvious, starting with the lack of the Sandy Frank logo and the dialogue making a bit more sense.

"Sandy Frank, Sandy Frank, he's the source of all our pain..."

Subject: Let's eat some brains
How many films do you know where you get to hear these morsels of dialogue:
"Let's eat their brains after we fix the ship."
"We must eat their brains raw."
"...then we'll gobble up their brains."
Ahh, it's as if Mamet and Stoppard had had a love child.

Really, though, it's fun to watch even with Joel and the 'bots.

Subject: Reptile Power!
Two little kids who are obsessed with preventing traffic accidents, are abducted by space babes and taken to an alien planet, where the kids get to watch bloody monster fights. A giant, rocket-powered turtle with fangs shows up to save the day, but apparently does nothing to prevent traffic accidents. Why this film failed to receive any Oscar nominations remains a mystery.

Marginal video quality. Okay dubbed audio.

This was a movie I saw as a kid and I loved it as much now as I did then. Of course there is the ridiculous and then completely hilarious parts that make you bust out laughing, but there's nothing like a good Gamera film.

Subject: One of the more hilarious GAMERA movies
Totally enjoyable floppy rubber suit romp. I loved it when I was a kid and I love it now for different reasons. MST3K covered this one back in the Joel days.

On the MST3K showing: During the scene in which Gamera twirls on an overhead pipe like a gymnast, there is silence... and then Joel says, "This is a weird movie".
